Desktop application

The Bunker Clips beta analyzes media on the Windows computer where it is installed. The application does not upload original tournament footage to Bunker Clips servers and does not require a Bunker Clips account. After a successful export, the application sends only the number of finished videos created so we can display an aggregate total. If an export fails, it may also send a sanitized diagnostic containing the app version, export stage, error message, edit mode, requested duration, and counts of source files and selected moments so we can investigate reliability problems. It never includes footage, media content, file paths, filenames, team names, email addresses, or project details.

Website and beta feedback

This website counts installer download requests and may receive ordinary hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability. If you voluntarily submit feedback after an export, we store the star rating, written feedback, optional name and team, app version, submission time, selected feedback areas, and whether you gave permission to quote the comment publicly. To help diagnose the edit, feedback also includes non-identifying setup details such as edit mode, aspect ratio, duration, pace, effect settings, and counts of source files and selected moments. It never includes footage, filenames, team names unless you type one, or media content. Feedback is forwarded to the Bunker Clips team by email. We do not sell personal information.

Downloads are provided through our hosting provider. Your browser and network provider may process related technical data under their own policies.
